Everything! Staff very friendly and helpful. Room, spa, food. fantastic. Ski shuttle bus in front of the house or to the ski lift only 2 minutes walk.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this place! The location is stunning, nestled next to the mountains with a river running along its south facing back gardens. The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel welcome and ensuring all our needs were met. The amenities were top-notch, with a spa and wellness center offering a variety of treatments and a beautiful indoor swimming pool. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner options, with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. this place exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return!

Nice staff.

Staff super friendly..but almost nobody knows anything about the topic of slopes for children. There are only red slopes nearby! No nice family slopes. There is no room service. because the phone does not work - the employee said I should simply call from my mobile phone!

Stayed in this beautiful hotel for a city break and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was amazing, with freshly squeezed juices and tasty omelets. Also, the location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains and close proximity to a river. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The lack of proper ventilation in the room, which led to high temperatures and some discomfort. Additionally, while the pool was great, the temperature in the room could have been cooler to balance it out. Despite this, overall it was a great stay and highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing retreat.

We enjoyed the carinthia high mountains atmosfere. Excelent place, for nature, mountain & sky lovers. Also sitable for honey moon and family as well. Quiet yet handy to reach place, enjoyed the SPA and get impressed by hospitality. Excelent service.

Great food and comfortable beds. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to the city center and public transportation. Plus, the staff was always friendly and helpful whenever we had questions or needed recommendations.

The rooms were a bit outdated and in need of some renovation. the noise from the street was also very noticeable, making it hard to sleep at night.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful mountain location, with a stunning river running alongside the south-facing gardens. the location is perfect for skiing as it’s close to the ski lift and there is a ski hire shop nearby. the lounge area is spacious and the facilities are amazing, including a gym, Panorama Sauna, and Quiet room. the breakfast is delicious with hot food and fresh omelets made to order. the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Although the overall experience was wonderful, the hot tub was not as hot as one would expect it to be.
